Quicktime issues

Having trouble viewing the videos? First make sure you have the free Quicktime Player from Apple installed.

If you are still having trouble and getting an error message "3285 Disconnected" or "10060 Disconnected" try the following:

Launch the Quicktime Player

Under the "Edit" menu go to >Preferences>Quicktime Player

Then Click on the "Advanced" Tab on the right

Select the "Transport Setup" box and click on "Custom"

Change the "Transport Protocol" from UDP

to HTTP

Click "OK"

Then Click "Apply" and "OK" in the next window

Then Quit out of Quicktime and restart your comoputer.

If that doesn't fix it then check with your System Administrator and see if you are behind a firewall that is blocking Port 80. If you are connecting from home and still having trouble, use the contact form on the link at the top and we will contact you directly.
